Standard Certification Guidelines
1. Measurability & Objectivity: Every record claim must be objectively quantifiable by time, count, distance, or recognized difficulty metrics.
2. Verification Evidence: An unbroken, high-definition video recording of the entire feat is required. The timer, claimant, and all relevant props must remain visible in frame.
3. Independent Witnesses: At least two independent, qualified observers (e.g. educators, magistrates, certified coaches, community officials) must monitor the event and submit signed declarations.
4. Ratification Authority: The research directorate under Mr. Mathura Shrestha retains final authority regarding record ratification, certification, and verification code issuance.

Applications are reviewed by the board of adjudicators according to established international guidelines.
